There's something for everyone on Siesta Key, whether you are looking for an investment property or second home at the beach. Today, most sellers are getting around 95% of their asking price, so the market is HOT and now's the time to buy before the winter buying frenzy begins.
Siesta Key condominium sales.
- Investor alert! Great deals under $500k at Sunrise Cove, Harbor Towers, Siesta Harbor and Whispering Sands. Many buyers at Siesta Harbor are getting mortgages, but it's cash at Sunrise Cove, Whispering Sands, and Harbor Towers. Harbor Towers has a marina, boat dock, with 2-week rental minimum but it does not have beach access.
- Looking for a villa, gulf side, with beach access? Jamaica Royale sales average $575k, generate income with 1-week rentals. Most villas have two bedrooms with TWO baths; three pools in this community,
- Gulf and Bay Club - on the gulf: very high-volume sales. Average price $1.3 million, property taxes average $10,534, average days on the market = 72.
Siesta Key single family homes are selling quickly!
* Sarasota Beach: average price = $2.3 million, days on the market = 97, mostly cash. Property taxes average $14k annually.
* Bay Island - average price = $3.9 million, all cash, taxes average $22k annually, 200 days on the market.
* Siesta Isles - Average price - $1.8 million, 73 days on the market.
