Moving to the Sarasota or Venice Area?
When we relocate to another town, the details can be overwhelming. Not only are you saying goodbye to neighbors and friends, you may be changing jobs and churches, but if you have children, they are changing schools. And then there's finding that new home. As a Realtor with Fine Properties, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. It's much easier if my Buyers go through a checklist to narrow down the homes that they see online or in person.
If I were to show you each home on the market, you would be so confused and frustrated. From my experience, Buyers find their perfect home after seeing about 20 homes, but narrowing the search in the beginning will save us time and energy.
- Before coming into town, put your needs into one list and your wants in another. When a home comes up short on your must-haves, that one's off our list.
- Know your price range. This could be based on a mortgage pre-approval or a good estimate of how much you'll get from selling your present home.
I can send you my top recommendations before you get into town. Or you might already have some favorite listings you could share with me from your own online research. When you get here, we'll do the "Chamber of Commerce tour," and first I'll show you around town. You decide if you want to be near downtown Sarasota, golf courses, the beach, or a certain school. I can help you with that decision as well since I have family members who attended both public and private schools in Sarasota and were involved in sports programs.
You'll soon see that I'm very thorough and that I provide you with many details you'll need for decision-making. Don't hesitate to call me today at 941-914-4914 and let me get started finding your home on Florida's beautiful gulf.
