2014 Sarasota Housing Market Report

We are having a great year in Sarasota real estate! Foreclosures are moving off the market resulting in fewer homes under $100k sold so far in 2014.
Compared to 2013:
More homes sold for: $100-$199k, $600-699k, and over $1 million
Same number sold for: $300-500k and $700-999k.

Three-fourths of the homes were sold to cash buyers.
