Hello and thank you for reading my blog. Much of my business comes from buyers looking to purchase homes in Palmer Ranch. I have two favorite subdivisions in the Palmer Ranch area. But first, why do people love Palmer Ranch?
Palmer Ranch is about 20 minutes south of the City of Sarasota. Much of the new development began in the early 2000's and continues today. It's a Sarasota planned community, not commercialized but shopping and restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Siesta Key Beach is 15 minutes away as is Nokomis Beach and the City of Venice. Homes near Siesta Key and Nokomis Beach sell quickly. They are both in the very desirable Riverdale High School district.
Botanica has 168 carriage homes that sell in the $400's and $500's. It's a lovely, gated community with a resort-style clubhouse, catering kitchen, fitness center, library, and two pools. The association is responsible for roof maintenance and replacement, and they are currently going through that process. Built in 2003.
VillageWalk--another lovely, gated community built in 2003, There are approximately 1,200 single family and townhomes. My buyers like the amenities that include a cafe, fitness center, geothermal pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, post office, and gift shop. I specialize in Sarasota communities with amenities. Homes sell from the $400's to $850k.
New Yorkers love VillageWalk, Botanica, and Palmer Ranch. Gated communities are important to New Yorkers looking to relocate or buying second homes.
