Englewood is a booming town just 30 minutes south of Sarasota where homes are generally more affordable and newer. What you don't see in Englewood is the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center and the amenities of downtown Sarasota. But it’s a short drive to Gasparilla Island and Manasota Key with the white sandy Boca Grande and Englewood beaches.
